Short review on the movies I watched this Deepavali

7 am Arivu

- Good concept
- Good starcast
- Good CGI and costumes for the pre-historic scenes
- Average songs
- Shruthi Hassan was awesome (except for her broken Tamil)
- Regular Tamil movie crappy action sequence (not as what they hyped)
- Perfect murder of History
- Sloppy climax
- Some part was slow and had unwanted songs
- Verdict: Average

Velayutham

- Good comedy from Santhanam
- Good star-cast except for Genelia and Hansika (2 dumboz who dunno how to act)
- Regular VJ masala
- Very predictable story(Nothing new story wise)
- Crap Songs
- Verdict: Typical Vijay Masala
